Our proccess
Measuring Your Basement
We come to site to measure your basement. We draw up the floor plan, and go over finishing options with you. Once the finishes are selected, we send you the estimate.
Permit Applications
We apply for the required permits. Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, Development and any others required.
Framing
Once the permits are approved, We can start framing. Bedrooms, bathroom, and any interior walls get built into place.
Electrical and Plumbing
Electrical and plumbing get roughed in. Electrical wires get run into the required rooms, and plumbing gets set up for the bathroom. City officials are contacted for initial inspections
Drywall and Paint
This is when the basement starts to look finished. Drywall gets boarded, and then taped. Primer goes on the wall. Followed by 2 coats of paint.
Flooring and Baseboards
Whether it's carpet or LVP, Flooring makes a big statement in a basement. Baseboards get installed afterwards, followed by 2 spackle and caulking. 2 coats of paint finish off the baseboards.
